贡嘎山我在平台上介绍的比较多，相信喜欢徒步的人多少都了解过，它海拔7556米，被称为蜀山之王。贡嘎转山是国内知名的徒步线路，徒步过程中可以360度观赏贡嘎雪山，而且在徒步过程中我们能亲身体验到冰川，雪山，云海，湖泊，高山草甸，灌木丛等，可以说徒步一次，就能将整个贡嘎美景全部看一遍。

徒步线路简介：

D1、格西草原营地→两岔河→下日乌且营地→上日乌且营地

D2、上日乌且营地→日乌且垭口→莫溪沟尾营地（或勒多漫因BC营地）

D3、莫溪沟尾营地（勒多漫因BC营地）→玉龙西垭口→玉龙西村

D4、玉龙西村→泉华滩→冷嘎措→玉龙西村

D5、玉龙西村→子梅垭口→子梅村→巴王海停车场→草科（或石棉）

以上徒步线路仅仅是从当地出发，大家在规划行程的时候要考虑前往目的地和返程的时间规划。

如果按照这个行程去徒步，那么会有很多的优势，首先就是多增加了三个看贡嘎的景点，分别是冷嘎措，玉龙西亚口，泉华滩。泉华滩是一处喀斯特地质，这里有丰富的温泉水，因为地壳运动的结果，让这里的泉水含有丰富的碳酸钙。冷嘎措位于贡嘎山西南坡帮木吉德村后山上，这里是拍摄贡嘎山倒影最佳的位置。子梅垭口海拔4500米，是近距离观看贡嘎主峰的地点之一，每年有很多摄影爱好者打卡。

Tip：上面的这条路线不仅不用渡河，也降低了徒步的难度，整个徒步路程70公里，最高海拔4920米，最高爬升1900米。

徒步所需要的装备

冲锋衣，因为海拔较高，所以气候相对比较冷，大家一定要准备保暖的装备。其次搭配的还有冲锋裤，抓绒衣，羽绒服等。

徒步鞋，徒步鞋一定要选择专业的徒步鞋，不要穿休闲鞋或者跑步鞋，也不要穿新鞋，如果是新买的徒步鞋，那么一定要先在平时穿3个月以上，才能穿着去贡嘎。

徒步包，徒步包一定要选择80L左右的，另外还有帐篷，防潮垫，羽绒睡袋，切记羽绒睡袋非常重要，夜晚保温全靠它，所以在购买的时候一定要看温标。

帽子手套也要带，帽子一定要带2种，一种是保暖用的，另一种是防晒用的。

另外，大家也可以准备护膝，对于体力一般的人，如果长时间徒步，那么很有可能会膝盖疼痛，建议大家可以备着。另外还有暖宝宝，对于膝盖，肩膀不好的人会有帮助，而且清晨和傍晚可以贴咱脚底用来保暖。

关于药品：可以准备感冒药，拉肚子，晕车药，高反药等。其它的药品也可以带，但是用到的概率是比较小的。

Tip：电子设备尽量别带，主要是这类东西比较重，而且还要考虑充电和携带较多的电池等，非常不方便。

最佳徒步时间

5-10月是最佳的徒步时间，景色也是非常的漂亮。这个时间段前往，不仅能看到雪山，我们还能看到各种鲜花怒放的草原。
